Dominic joined the party on the day of the EU referendum result.
Last November he was elected to Warwickshire County Council representing Stratford North. In a year he has:

  • Pushed for a climate change emergency motion at the county council and sits on the task group addressing the emergency.

  • Secured and allocated thousands of pounds of funding for local charities. 

  • Championed Stratford’s first LGBTQ support group

  • Helped lead the successful campaign to save Stratford’s retained fire crew from proposed Tory cuts

  • Led the successful community campaign to save Stratford Arts House from closure that gained the support of thousands and received regional news coverage.

Locally engaged.

In the last two months Dominic has travelled across our constituency to listen to residents in Shipston-on-Stour, Henley-in-Arden, Alcester, Studley, Stratford-upon-Avon and Bidford. He has also launched a large scale digital survey to find out what matters to local residents which has reached over 5,000 people to date.
